Assetera Partners with Vancelian to Expand Regulated Digital Asset Distribution Across Europe

Assetera, a MiFID-licensed trading platform for blockchain-based securities in Europe, today announced a partnership with Vancelian, an innovative player in digital savings and modern wealth management.

The partnership will, in the future, enable Vancelian, after validation by the regulator, to offer its clients a broader, regulated asset range through Assetera, leveraging Assetera’s MiFID-compliant API infrastructure for seamless backend integration, market access, and compliant distribution of securities on chain and real-world assets (RWAs), while Assetera will gain access to Vancelian’s innovative co-financing in digital assets products, further enhancing its offering to investors across Europe and other markets.

One of the goal of the collaboration is to build an Infrastructure Partnership and a Distribution & Market Access Partnership, empowering Vancelian to integrate, in a near future, tokenized and traditional financial instruments within its intuitive, client-centric platform.

As demand for tokenized and digital assets accelerates across Europe, many platforms face barriers to entry due to complex MiFID II and regulatory requirements.
